To reach a verdict in the case of the downed over Donbass Malaysian airlines flight, MH17, Netherlands will make the change in their legislation. About it in interview “to Gromadsky” said the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Olena zerkal.

“They can make changes to the legislation. So long did the negotiations on the deal. “Of course, the agreement is a compromise, to which all were forced to accept, given that the UN security Council resolution on the establishment of a separate Tribunal has not passed (the decision was blocked by Russia – ed.). We found the most balanced formula to place justice,” – said zerkal.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine and the Netherlands signed an agreement to create legal grounds for prosecution by the court of the Netherlands of the persons involved in the crash of flight MH17 in the sky over the Donbas.
