The Finance Ministry proposes to extend the “single window” all customs operations

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine intends to expand the information system “single window” operations for the movement of goods in all customs regimes, and also to make a number of other changes in the system since February 1, 2018. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

Today the action “single window” applies only to imports and exports, said the Agency. It is also planned to expand the system on a periodic customs Declaration and previous declarations that contain a complete amount of data.

At the moment the system covers a limited number of customs declarations for import and export, said the Ministry.

According to the report, innovation will also reduce the number of scanned documents, as the required statements, the Supervisory authorities will obtain from the previous Declaration.

In addition, it will allow to reduce time of inspection of the goods by regulatory authorities from 24 to 12 hours of work and reduce time for decision-making regulatory agencies for goods that are imported to Ukraine from 24 to 4 hours.

In addition, the regulation provides a new answer Supervisory authority – “the product is not subject to control” for incorrect references in the “single window”.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the mandatory use of information exchange on the principle of “single window” equalize the conditions for all businesses.
