Ukraine can no longer be sold in the EU duty-nine types of goods

According to the European Commission (EC) at the beginning of July 2017 Ukraine has chosen a quota for duty-free exports to the EU on nine commodities.

So, Ukraine has chosen the volumes of duty-free exports of barley, barley flour and granules, and also closed the main quota for the second quarter of the chicken.

Already fully used the quotas for duty-free export of such groups of goods:

  • natural honey;
  • sugar;
  • cereals and flour;
  • processed tomatoes;
  • grape and Apple juices;
  • chicken;
  • wheat;
  • corn;
  • barley.

Almost fully-used quota on malt and wheat gluten (98%). Compared to the previous year, the dynamics of closure quota increased substantially.

We will remind, this year should increase the quotas for duty-free export of eight groups of products: honey, cereals and flour, processed tomatoes, grape juice, oats, wheat, corn and barley. Consideration of this issue in the EU Council scheduled for 17 July.
