The Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Witold Waszczykowski said that the mood of his colleagues, against the background of numerous world conflicts, pessimistic, and depressing. “The situation in the middle East, unfortunately, is not very good. It can be concluded that the EU has very few tools to influence issues in the region,” – said Waszczykowski.
Foreign Minister of France Jean-Marc Ayrault said that the members of the European Union need to “increase the pace and confidence to play a role in the world.”
Earlier it was reported that six EU countries questioned the need of extending sanctions against Russia.
