ISIS militants moved their “capital”

Terrorist group “Islamic state” moved their “capital” from the Syrian city of raqqa, 140 km to the city of Deir ez-Zor, according to sources in the Ministry of defense USA American Fox News channel, writes UNIAN. “Because of the growing wave of air strikes and pressure from three sides of the U.S.-supported Syrian forces, moved the so-called ISIS capital of Raqqa,” the statement reads.
