The credit rating of the two cities of Ukraine grew by Moody’s

International rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded the credit ratings of Kyiv and Kharkiv. About it reported in a press release from the Agency.

According to Moody’s, the credit rating was upgraded from Саа3 to saa2, and the rating Outlook changed to “stable”.

In addition, the Agency upgraded the credit rating of Kiev from Sa to Саа3 and also with a positive Outlook.

As it became known on 26 August, Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded the ratings of Ukraine in national and foreign currency on one step, from Caa3 to Caa2 and changed the Outlook from “stable” to “positive”.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the increase in the credit rating of Ukraine became possible as a result of reforms in the country.
