Finbank asked the NBU on the elimination of

Finbank submitted to the NBU application on self-liquidation.

“Today, the relevant documents of PJSC “Finbank” is under consideration of the NBU. About accepted by results of consideration the decision will be announced later”, – reported in the NBU.

Recall, February 1, held an extraordinary shareholders meeting of PJSC “Finbank” which unanimously adopted a decision to liquidate the Bank. After that, the shareholders promised to apply to the National Bank for granting consent to the liquidation of the Bank at the initiative of shareholders.

According to the NBU, as of 1 January 2016 79,6573% of shares of PJSC “Finbank” belonged to the inhabitant of Odessa Alexander Granovsky. This businessman, according to market participants, close to the Odessa businessman Boris Kaufman, who, according to the NBU, exercised a significant influence on the management and operation of platinum Bank.
