Trump has maintained that he “did for Russia,” but wants to get along

The US President Donald trump said that did nothing for Russia but would like to get along. He said this at a press conference in the White house, reports The Washington Post.

“I didn’t do anything for Russia, I didn’t do anything for Russia. If we can get along with Russia, is a positive thing,” he said.

In addition, trump said that it was easier to be tough against Russia, but it is not in the interests of the United States and around the world.

“I would be a lot easier to be tough on Russia, but then I can’t agree. What I’m tougher against Russia, the better. But you know what I want to do the right thing for the American people. And to be honest, I want to do the right thing for the world,” said trump.

Trump also stated that two nuclear States – Russia and the United States – must interact.
