The tax police legally valid until the introduction of the law on the “Financial police”. This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on taxation and customs policy. The Committee sent in Hospitalnew service and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine a copy of the letter that reaffirms the legitimacy of the work of the tax police, said the Deputy head of the State fiscal service (GFS) Sergei Bilan.

The document is the Committee’s response to the appeal of the State fiscal service of 4 January on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine regarding improvement of investment climate”.
