“In 2014, the Russian troops on the border had about 100 thousand fighters. That’s a lot. This is almost the tenth part of all personnel of the Russian army. And today they have accumulated about 40 thousand. Plus another 5-10 thousand in the territory ORDO,” – said the Deputy Minister.
