The law on amendments to the law “On State budget of Ukraine for 2017”, signed on the eve of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, among other things, provides for the allocation of additional funds in the amount of 186 million UAH on the program “Treatment of Ukrainian citizens abroad”. About it reported in a press-service of the Ministry of health of Ukraine.
“The Ministry of health cooperates with the Ministry of Finance and keeps on monitoring the issue of early approval of additional funds for the sending of citizens of Ukraine for treatment abroad,” – said the Agency.

It is reported that in the coming days, immediately after the transfer of funds to the Treasury account, held an emergency meeting of the Commission on the direction of citizens on treatment abroad.
The Commission will prepare all the necessary documents and approvals, namely: clarify lists of patients send to find out their status, contact with health care providers, departments of health to resolve all formal issues and also prepare information letters to the hospitals about the guarantee of payment for the treatment of citizens of Ukraine.
We will remind, amendments to the state budget by 2017, which was signed by Poroshenko, in particular, will provide financing of a number of trends in the sector of defense and security of Ukraine.
