The introduction of Russia restrictions on judicial go through the Kerch channel in connection with the construction of the bridge leads to the losses of the Ukrainian ports and will be challenged in court, said Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Yuriy Lavrenyuk at the meeting with the trade unions of sea and river ports on Tuesday.
“The Ministry of justice within existing legal actions against Russia, highlights the problem of overlapping of the Kerch channel, and restrictions on judicial move. Now preparing a lawsuit and damages are considered uncollected funds Mariupol and Berdyansk ports of trade”, – quotes the Deputy a press-service of the Ministry.

Lavrenyuk added that the problem of construction of the Kerch port, which drew the attention of the trade unions of the Berdyansk port, now solved in collaboration with the Ministry of foreign Affairs, national security Council and defense.
“This is a global, political and complex issue, but we will decide”, – said the Deputy Minister.
He also said that the Ministry of Infrastructure initiates a reduction of statutory rates of state-owned enterprises part of the net profit to the state budget from 75% to 50% in order to allocate more money to development and infrastructure renewal.
