Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy paruby hopes that the bill on the reintegration of Donbass will have time to introduce to Parliament before the parliamentary recess. He said this in Lviv region at a press conference after the “local development Forum” reports 112.ua.
He noted that the work on the draft will be completed in the coming days.
“At the moment there is still discussion and debate. I think we will be able to the last plenary week to go out on one bill. I will remind you of his key position: establishment of a single operational headquarters for the management of the military and the CAA. It provides for the format of all hostilities, while preserving all democratic procedures, that does not allow today the law on the military situation “, – said Parubiy.
As said first Vice-speaker of the Parliament Irina Gerashchenko, soon, the expert group will finalize the draft law “On peculiarities of state policy on restoration of state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine” and the document will be submitted to the meeting of the NSDC.
