Owned by oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and his business partner Gennady Bogolyubov offshore Cypriot company Triantal Investments has filed two lawsuits in the District administrative court of Kiev against the National Bank, Ministry of Finance and PrivatBank, reports “Economic truth”.
It is noted that Triantal Investments, which owned 16,7362% of PrivatBank, filed may 22.
The company demands to recognise as illegal actions of the defendants.
At the same time, what is referred to in the claims and which is required by the company Triantal Investments are not yet known.
Recall, PrivatBank was nationalised in December 2016. The whole procedure took 72 hours. The reason is that “Private” could not execute the recapitalization program. The Finance Ministry and the NBU had already stated that the move to the state was the only viable option to save financial institutions. At the same time, a former beneficiary of “Privat” Igor Kolomoisky insisted that PrivatBank was the victim of the “tyranny of the NBU”.
