Among the foreign guests attending the international song contest Eurovision-2017″ in Kiev, 92% expressed a desire to visit Ukraine in the future. This is evidenced by the results of a poll of the world policy Institute and conducted by GfK Ukraine.
In the published results of the poll, after a visit to Kiev as part of a visit to the “Eurovision-2017”, 34% of foreigners began to associate Ukraine above all “hospitality and positive people”, 24% – “beautiful city of Kiev.”
In addition, another 15% of respondents foreigners noted the high level of competition, 13% said that they like Ukrainian food, 12% associate Ukraine with beautiful girls, 12% reported a long-standing culture and history of Ukraine.
At the same time 24% of the polled foreigners said that before coming to the Eurovision-2017 associate Ukraine with the war.
The main concerns before you visit Kiev foreigners were related to security and war (56%), attacks (43%), high crime (15%).
A survey of foreign guests of the Eurovision song contest was held at the Institute of world politics, and GfK in the period from 9 to 13 may 2017.
