Ukraine took the 24th position in a rating of development of open data, which is compiled in the study, the Global Open Data Index. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.
According to him, Ukraine in the ranking for the year rose by 30 positions.
“Last year we introduced a unified open data portal, opened for free access most of the basic registries, has joined the international open data Charter and approved a relevant roadmap for the development of open data”, — Groysman wrote on his page in Facebook.
Total rating included 94 countries. Ukraine shared the 24th position and result in 49% with Austria and Slovenia, on the 23rd place — Hong Kong, 27 — Poland, Slovakia and Italy
The leaders of the ranking are Australia and Taiwan, divided 1 result 79% and France (3rd place, 73%). The rating of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados and Myanmar 5%, 4% and 1% respectively.
