We are talking about criminal proceedings concerning customs clearance of paintings
The court allowed a forced drive of the fifth President of Ukraine (2014-2019) Petro Poroshenko on interrogation in the State Bureau of investigation. This was reported in the GBR
Policy cause the investigator as a witness on June 10 at 11:00 at St. Simon Petlyura, D. 15.
“June 4, 2020, the Pechersky regional court of Kiev made the decision on compulsory Poroshenko P. A. for questioning as a witness in criminal proceedings No. 42020000000000307, which investigated the circumstances of moving across the customs border of Ukraine with concealment from customs control in the collection of cultural property, which consists of 43 paintings by world famous artists,” – said in the message.
It should be noted that exactly on same date and time appointed Poroshenko questioning in case due to the recording of the conversation with Biden. Investigators are investigating the circumstances of the legality of recording information during international negotiations with the participation of the President of Ukraine and officials of foreign States.
As for the “business of art”, recently there was a scandal. The former President was summoned to the RRG on may 26th, but in this day Poroshenko instead of questioning came to the Museum, where he exhibited his kartin that appear in criminal proceedings.
However, the story is over. Policemen went to serve the subpoena personally. UIR officers arrived and broke down the door, but Poroshenko was not found, by giving notice of the call for questioning of his wife.
