The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the near future presents a new transparent privatization legislation. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman at the conference on leadership in corporate governance in Kiev.
In the slum of the Prime Minister, the new legislation will make the process of privatization competitive and will allow you to effectively implement non-strategic state assets.
“The government, strategic advisers, experts – we are working on a new privatization law, which will soon be presented. This legislation will help to ensure that the system of sale of state assets to make more transparent, efficient and clear”, – said the Prime Minister.
We will remind, Ukraine is preparing the legal framework to the privatization of the state enterprise “Ukrspirt” and relies on the sale of Odessa portside plant.
