This was told on air of TV channel NewsOne ex-foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko.

According to him, Putin used the plant as a “red flag” for the US President to look at his actions.

“The Kremlin decided to test the ability of the US to respond to his provocations and crimes. I wonder what will be the meeting of the UN Security Council, where for the first time will hear a formal U.S. response to the situation in Avdeevka”, – said Ogryzko.

The decision of the UN security Council should exert pressure on the Kremlin and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Mr. Putin will need to continue, or should stop such actions. I don’t think the US will be looking unofficial arrangements, because it’s a cynical violation of all the obligations of the Russian Federation”, – said the diplomat.
