The head of the American Agency for missile defense, James Fife admitted that ballistic missiles the DPRK can reach the United States. About it reports Reuters.
“[North Korea] in the past six months are a cause of great concern to me and to others, in particular the achievement and demonstration of the technology [in the region] ballistic missiles of the DPRK. We can assume that the DPRK today can reach the U.S. with an Intercontinental ballistic missile with a nuclear warhead,” said Fife.
According to him, currently, the United States is forced to respond to the increased threat from North Korea.
Pentagon chief James Mattis responded to the question about the possibility of a preemptive strike on the DPRK.
