Ukraine is not presented at the meeting of the Council of heads of governments of the CIS, which will be held in Kazan on Friday.
As reported in the list of participants, placed at the disposal of journalists before, representatives from Ukraine do not appear.
Other members of the Commonwealth are represented either by the heads of government or Vice-Ministers. Moldova is the Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Russian Federation.
Previously Director of the political Department of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Alexei Makeyev said that Kiev will try with minimal losses for the Ukrainians to withdraw from some agreements in the framework of the CIS that are not necessary to the Ukrainian state.
