Alfa-Bank integration with USB’s can change the brand.This was announced by General Manager of alpha Bank Ivan Svitek, reports FinClub.
“At the moment we are going through a period of integration of Alfa-Bank and Ukrsotsbank and don’t know how one brand will work in a few years. Which of the names we choose Alfa-Bank, Ukrsotsbank or a third option – not yet resolved,” said switek.
Recall that in October last year, ABH Holdings S. A. and UniCredit Group has announced the completion of the transaction for the transfer of 99.9% of PJSC “Ukrsotsbank” in exchange for a minority stake of 9.9% in ABHH.
