Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko called two ways to solve the problem of fugitive ex-President Viktor Yanukovych and his associates, and to declare the wanted list. About this he wrote in Facebook.
He noted that Yanukovych’s supporters early to rejoice to the decision of Interpol.
“And the problem we solve. Or convince the Pechersk court to take a decision in accordance with the requirements of the new leadership of Interpol. Or get the court verdict and declare a VIP fugitives wanted for punishment”, – wrote Lutsenko.
As reported yesterday in the national police, international criminal police organization (Interpol) was removed from the wanted list the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and his son Oleksandr and former Secretary of the national security Council and the head of AP Andriy Klyuyev and MP Oleksandr Onishchenko.
In turn, the PGO said that the decision of Interpol on the withdrawal from the international search Viktor Yanukovych will be appealed.
