The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has transferred the first tranche of profits in the amount of 10 billion hryvnia into the budget. About it reports a press-service of the national Bank.
The total amount of profits of the NBU, which should be transferred to the State budget of Ukraine for the year is 44.4 billion hryvnia. Thus, it remains to enumerate 34.4 billion hryvnia.
“As with last year, profits for allocation to the budget will be transferred evenly in several tranches by a comparable amount during the year, thus to smooth the effects of changes in the amount of governmental funds to fluctuations of liquidity in the banking system and to achieve the inflation target of the NBU,” – said the NBU.
The transfer of the next tranche is expected in may. Further schedule listing gains to the State budget is consistent with the National Bank and the Ministry of Finance.
