American company Tesla announced a recall of 53 thousand cars of Model X and Model S. it is reported “UKRINFORM” with reference to Reuters.
“The reason for this decision became a problem with the brake system”, – stated in the message.
Now the company produces only two models of electric cars: the Model S sedan and crossover Model X. In 2015, the company’s revenue amounted to four billion dollars, and in 2016 increased to $ seven billion.
It is noted however, that Tesla continues to incur losses, this year they amounted to about 900 million dollars.
The company, which previously specialized exclusively on electric vehicles, now also produces solar panels and other alternative energy sources.
