In Russia may declare Amnesty on the occasion of the third anniversary of the annexation of Crimea

The LDPR faction has developed and intends to make March 16 the Duma a draft resolution on declaring Amnesty on the occasion of the third anniversary of the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia, which in Russia is “celebrated” on March 18. This was announced by Deputy head of the parliamentary liberal Democrats Yaroslav Nilov.

“LDPR has developed and intends to offer the state Duma to adopt a resolution “On declaring Amnesty on the occasion of the third anniversary of accession of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation”, – said Nilov. He said that the introduction of documents projects, Amnesty and the order of application is expected on 16 March.

“Traditionally, we offer to liberate and grant Amnesty to certain categories of persons convicted of petty articles, as well as disabled, mothers and single fathers, parents with many children”, – said Nilov.

Recall that in March 2014 after the introduction of troops in the Crimea and the “referendum” Russia in violation of international norms and commitments under the Budapest Memorandum annexed the Peninsula.
