The Ministry of defence of Ukraine is developing a change in the fighting Charter of land forces of Armed forces of Ukraine. This was at the briefing said the press-Secretary of the Ministry Victoria Kushnir.
“Now we are developing the changes to the field manual of the land forces of the APU in part on the settlement of the military presence within or in the vicinity of settlements and critical infrastructure,” – said Kushnir.
According to her, soon the National defense University will open a specialized class that will examine the norms and principles of international humanitarian law.
During the year, more than 7,000 foreign troops will participate in exercises in Ukraine.
We will remind, at the end of December, the national security Council and defense of Ukraine approved the draft state program of development of the Armed forces of Ukraine for the period until 2020.
