Poroshenko told about the future of Polish-Ukrainian relations

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in greeting on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Poland noted that over a quarter of a century the two countries and peoples has built a strong Foundation of partnerships, the press service of the Ukrainian President.

Poroshenko stressed that he highly appreciated the support of Poland, which was the first country in the world recognized the independence and sovereignty of Ukraine, and especially grateful for the consistent and dedicated effort of Poland in strengthening the international unity and solidarity with Ukraine in these difficult times associated with the need to resist Russian aggression.

“Today’s high level of Ukrainian-Polish relations through the wisdom and maturity of our peoples, who are passing through testing a tragic story, I learned to really appreciate the mutual friendship and brotherhood. We believe that the Ukrainian-Polish strategic partnership has no alternative and will continue to develop in the spirit of trust, respect and mutual support,” – said in greeting Poroshenko the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.

The Ukrainian President wished his Polish colleague good health, inexhaustible energy and further achievements for the benefit of the Fatherland, and the friendly Polish people – peace, harmony and prosperity.

We will remind, recently the Polish experts evaluated the influence of the informal leader of Poland and leader of the party “law and justice” Jaroslaw Kaczynski. They also told how his brother, Lech Kaczynski, was offended by the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, when he unexpectedly for them was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to Stepan Bandera.
