Belarus and the Baltic States can expect surprises from Russia – Poroshenko

The Kremlin is increasing pressure on Belarus, but the President of this country Alexander Lukashenko will not allow its territory to be used for hostile actions against Ukraine. This was stated by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.

“He (Lukashenko – ed.) have banned the use of fake papers as documents for traveling to Belarus. When in the temporarily occupied territories issued instead of documents these papers, it will not save them. Although this is the actual basis of recognition of these territories by the Russian Federation”, – he said.

“Taught by experience, I would advise Belarus and the Baltic States, to be ready for any surprises from Moscow. Aggressive policy is an element of a very dangerous game, which leads the Russian leadership to change the geopolitical landscape of the entire European continent,” the President added.

We will remind, earlier the President Petro Poroshenko reported that Russia could go on the offensive in the Ukraine on three sides – through the Donbass, Crimea and Moldova.
