“I feel awkward” footballer Steven Gerrard becomes an honorary citizen of Liverpool

The candidature of footballer was offered by the mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson. The award ceremony will take place at the city Council meeting on January 18. The midfielder played in the “Liverpool” from 1998 to 2015, and held for the team 690 matches in which he scored 180 goals.
