Lawyer Vyacheslav Himikos who suffered in the incident with the people’s Deputy Sergey Pashinsky, Marina parinova said that the Pechersk district court of Kyiv a complaint on the inactivity of the Prosecutor General after the statements of the people’s Deputy Anton Gerashchenko and the speaker of the Department of MIA in Kiev region Nikolay Zhukovich in the case regarding the situation of her client and Pashinsky, reports “112 Ukraine”.
“January 3 in the GPU received 2 statements about the crime. The first is about the crime committed by Pashinsky on December 31. Second statement aired Anton Gerashchenko and Nikolay Zhukovich about what found the culprit to the investigation. We see this as illegal influence on the law enforcement officials. Given that the GPU in a period of not reacted to the statement made in the register, we filed a complaint in the court,” – said the lawyer.
Against the statement Gerashchenko and the Zhukovich will be considered in Pechersky court on January 16. “We will ensure that the GPU has performed the duties and made it to the registry,” added parinova.
We will remind, on December 31, Pashinsky said of the attack on him during which he used the weapon. Injured during clashes with Himikus Pashinsky said that the MP pulls out a gun, when he threatened no one and didn’t do warning shots into the air.
