For gambling and players will introduce special restrictions
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading the bill No. 2285-d on state regulation of activities on organization and conduct of gambling, which is called the “law on the legalization of casino”. The decision was supported by 248 people’s deputies. The document review continued from June 30. In the first reading the bill was passed in January.
The adopted law introduces a system of licensing of activities in the field of gambling. The cost of the license will depend on the game type, amount of equipment and location of gambling. Also set stringent requirements to the financial condition of an organized gambling – it must be that the players just gets their winnings.
Play will only allow those 21 years or older. And the location of gambling establishments on the streets of cities impose restrictions. So, slot machine halls will be allowed only in hotels of category 3, 4 and 5 stars. Gambling establishment with guns shall be prohibited from opening near schools – distance must be at least 500 metres.

Will also toughen punishments for violations of, for example, conduct games of chance without a license. For work without a license is punishable.
