Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal praised considered at the meeting of the relevant Committee of the Parliament new edition of the law on the tax on agricultural land.
“At the previous meeting, I noted that the proposed MPs bill No. 3131, which proposed to increase the tax per hectare for the small farmer, it is necessary to finalize. Especially in times of crisis, when farmers on the contrary are in need of support from the state”, – he wrote in Facebook.
Yesterday, the Prime Minister said that the Committee on Finance, tax and customs policy suggested a more constructive version of the draft law on the legalization of agricultural lands.

“For physical persons-entrepreneurs, including family farms, the tax rate reduced from 5% to 2% of the normative monetary value, and the first 2 years (2021-2022 years). Offers a grace period of transition with a zero rate”, – he added.
