The Kyiv Prosecutor’s office filed an appeal against the decision of Shevchenko district court of Kyiv, which elected to Nestor Shufrych, Jr., the measure of restraint in the form of personal guarantees. About it reported in a press-service of capital Prosecutor’s office.
“The Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv city Appeal court of Kyiv filed an appeal on the decision of Shevchenkovsky regional court of the capital, which is elected for a suspect in an accident with serious consequences occurred 26.08.2017 year on Shota Rustaveli street in Kiev, as a preventive measure in the form of personal guarantee,” – said the press service.
The Ministry added that the Prosecutor in his complaint insists on cancellation of the decision of the court of first instance and asked to take a new, which apply to the suspect the measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest.
