Pechersk district court of Kyiv allowed the Prosecutor to start a special pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings concerning the leader “vseveliky army don” Nikolay Kozitsyn. About it reports a press-service GPU.
In GPU note that Kozitsin in April 2014 in Russia created an illegal armed formation “Vsevelikogo don army”, the head of which illegally invaded the territory of Ukraine until November 2014 in the Luhansk region as part of the so-called “LPR” fought against the Ukrainian army.
“Kozitsyn has organized the Commission of a subordinate terrorists of assaults on volunteers, journalists, clerics and other civilians from the local community with the aim of taking their property, illegal deprivation of liberty and detention in inhumane conditions, beatings, abuse, torture and other ill-treatment of prisoners, including pregnant women”, – is spoken in the message.
The GPU also added that in the near future the court will be transferred to the indictment.
