“Protests” of Azerbaijan in Ukraine in connection with the recent incident on the Karabakhi-Azerbaijani border has failed, and in the US, as we can see, in front of the Armenian Embassy gathered a total of five people — one family, two of whom are children. That is, in Azerbaijan, there is no spontaneous public demands such shares, because the Azerbaijanis, living in their homes, see what their yard shooting at the enemy, and of course, the answer will follow right in their home.
About the sixth of June, in an interview with reporters, said political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan. “In April we had a victim among civilians, child, but we never turned a corpse into an object of speculation,” he said, referring to the border incident in recent days, it emerged after the death of two-year-old new situations and raised by Azerbaijan noise.
Recall that the fifth of July, the press Secretary of the defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Senor Hasratyan on his page in Facebook wrote: “there are No children of the enemy, the more than two years. But there are cases when because of brainless cowards killed children. It happened on the evening of 4 July, when hidden in the rear of the civilian population of the Azerbaijani fighters began shelling from rocket launchers, and the target was year-old girl. Unlike our neighbors, not gone far from the beginning of the Neolithic, we have to acknowledge the pain and Express regret”.
Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan noted that the use of its own population as human shields — an action characteristic of the “Islamic state” (banned in Russia, the state — approx. ed.), which does not shrink and Azerbaijan. He expressed confidence that if the Armed forces of Azerbaijan will continue to hide behind civilians, the answer will be as consistent.
According to Melik-Shahnazaryan, Azerbaijan is targeted for murder, including their populations and even their children, trying to change the political situation on the table and at least to ensure that the failure of 2016 (April war — approx. ed.) didn’t work against Azerbaijan. That is, Baku seek to start the negotiation process with preferred points.
“They opened fire on our positions from their Azerbaijani settlements, and consequently, as a result of retaliatory fire, it was impossible to avoid losses among the civilian population and victims of what happened,” Hrant Melik — Shahnazaryan repeated the earlier position of the official Stepanakert and Yerevan.
Addressing the latest escalation after border incident, Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan said: “the current situation and statement of the OSCE Minsk group shows that again there is no clear condemnation of the tactics of Azerbaijan on the use of civilians as human shields. This means that in the near future, any issue related to security, will remain on the shoulders of the Armenian Armed forces, and not only doesn’t work, none of the mechanism of diplomatic containment of Azerbaijan, but even in this direction, no attempt is made”.
Such propaganda of Azerbaijan, which took place on the eve of a meeting of G20 leaders and especially Putin and trump, according to the analyst, has one goal — to show that there is a real conflict, and to ensure that the international community, fearing the prospects of such murders would have taken a more Pro-Azerbaijani position.
Would this situation military action? In response to this question, the analyst made the following forecast: “I have already said that showing the corpse of the child, they spread the most hatred in their society and also contribute to the growth of demands for the beginning of any revanchist response. In the future further aggression on their part will be taken at the request of this society, supposedly because of the need to take security measures”.
Along with this, however, Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan is convinced that Azerbaijan has the resources to start a wider war and achieve success. Therefore, Baku replaces war simulation, accompanied by a corresponding emotional background.
That is, all will be limited to local clashes.
Although, on the other hand, Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan does not rule out that if the demand of war in society will increase, Azerbaijan, knowing full well that will not succeed, resort to this step, showing the sequence.
