First Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs Vadim pristayko, who represents Ukraine at the talks in the “Normandy format” in Berlin, raised as a priority issue of the hostages, said the first Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s representative to the Humanities subgroup of the Trilateral contact group on settling the situation in the Donbass Irina Gerashchenko on his page in Facebook.
“He told the Ukrainian colleagues about the held party verification, which we finished and was ready to agree on a final list and date of release,” – said in the message.
“The key is the willingness of the other party”, – said Gerashchenko.
As you know, on Tuesday in Berlin hosted a meeting of Deputy Ministers of foreign Affairs of the countries “Norman Quartet.”
Reportedly, the negotiations in Berlin at the level of Ministers of foreign Affairs of the countries-participants of the Normandy format lasted for almost 4 hours.
The talks were preceded by a conversation in a tripartite format, the representatives of the Ukrainian, German and French sides.
