Pepsi closes a branch in Ukraine

General meeting of the company decided to close the LLC Pepsi-Cola Ukraine, which is not used to conduct operating activities in 2010. It is reported by Espreso with reference to PepsiCo in Ukraine.

All operating activities of the company are two operating legal entities – JSC Sandora, JSC Wimm-bill-Dann Ukraine.

The process of liquidation occurs according to the procedure, the modalities of which are defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
