The head of the International Committee of the Federation Council of Russia Konstantin Kosachev said that the adoption in the United States of America law on new sanctions against North Korea, assuming the test ports of the Russian Far East, tantamount to a Declaration of war, reports RBC-Ukraine.
A bill to strengthen sanctions against the DPRK, implying the test ports of Russia and other countries for compliance with restrictions against Pyongyang, in the case of its adoption would be tantamount to a Declaration of war. This statement was made head of the international Affairs Committee of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev, RBC-Ukraine online reports.
Note that the new sanctions prohibit vessels from North Korea and other countries in violation of UN security Council resolutions against Pyongyang, work in the territorial waters of the United States and go to American ports. The US President has the right to “take special control” the ports of Russia, China, Iran and Syria. It is, in particular, the ports of Nakhodka, Vladivostok and Vanino.
Recall, the U.S. House of representatives by a majority of votes approved a bill on toughening sanctions against the DPRK. It affects shipbuilding industry of North Korea and companies that conduct business with the isolated economy. Now measures should be considered in the Senate and awaiting the signature of the President of the United States Donald Trump.
