The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the decree “About some questions of the office of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine”, which amends the structure of the NSDC. The text of the decree published on the website of the President.
According to the text of the decree, the structure of the apparatus of the national security Council remained Secretary of the security Council, his first Deputy and deputies, head of administration, service on the external security service on the military-industrial complex and military-technical cooperation service on issues of information security, service strategic planning and analysis, legal service, office of Chief of the situation centre, the service organisation and control, service coordination and administrative work, financial service, service management, service security, access to public information service on economic, social and energy security.
The decree abolished the service on matters of defense and service on security issues. Also created service on the internal security service for ensuring the coordination of activities of Executive authorities in the sphere of national security service on security issues in the military sphere, the state service on mobilization and service development, and information technology.
