The economist noted that the amount granted to the Crimea equal to one third of all the grants that the Finance Ministry gives all Russian regions.
“The Russian budgetary system of the Crimea is about 150 to 200 billion rubles a year. This is slightly more than 1% of expenditures of the Federal budget. All other regions are lost, and due to this, the Crimea got the money, ” said Aleksashenko.
