The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has moved to electronic document management. About this on his page in Facebook said the Prime Minister ukriana Vladimir Groisman.
According to him, the volume of documents, including the complaints of citizens who work for government agencies is quite large.
“Now each of the more than 3,000 documents sent to the Central authorities in electronic form,” – said Groisman.
The Prime Minister noted that the work with electronic documents eliminates a bunch of unnecessary paperwork and reduces the time spent on their processing.
In addition, electronic document management improves control over the quality of processing citizens appeals and, in General, the efficiency of the government, the Premier said.
“No electronic technology to work in the XXI century is impossible. So move on,” – said Groisman.
