Cellophane is a popular Asian noodles, which from its appearance has received the name “glass”. It doesn’t even require cooking: cellophane for 5-10 minutes pour boiling water, and then rinsed with cold water. Additional ingredients cut into cubes and quickly fry in vegetable oil.

For funchoza important dressing. Usually it is prepared with soy sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g lean meat
  • 100 g funchoza
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small hot pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Ground red or black pepper, coriander, ground ginger – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Method of preparation:

  • Meat cut into cubes and lightly beat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, soy sauce and mix well.
  • Meat sprinkle with sugar, pour the rice vinegar, add spices to taste, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Cucumber and bell pepper cut into cubes. Hot pepper finely chopped. Garlic peel and pass through the press. Onions to chop.
  • Noodles pour boiling water. After 10 minutes the noodles, rinse with cold water.
  • In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Spread the meat and quickly fry, stirring occasionally.
  • Add to the pan with the meat onion and fry on high heat for about a minute.
  • Then add to meat with onion cucumber and sweet pepper and cook 3 minutes. Put in sauce pan garlic and hot pepper, mix well.
  • Shift the roasted meat with vegetables to the noodles, pour soy sauce, optional salt, and add spices to taste.
