The President of Ukraine signed a decree on the establishment of the High court in intellectual property matters. The relevant document posted on the official website of the President.
“To establish a Supreme court for intellectual property located in the city of Kiev. 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide financing of the activities related to the implementation of this Decree”, – the document says.
We will remind, at meeting on reforming forest management and improvement of the state environmental policy during his working visit to Ivano-Frankivsk region, President Petro Poroshenko said that the unified state system of accounting of wood should be extended to all forest lands. Each log, or batch of wood must have a special tag.
