The national Commission, carrying out state regulation in spheres of power and utilities (NKREKU) provided all the necessary materials at the request of the Energy community Secretariat to ensure an independent audit regulator.

The national Commission will continue to contribute in ensuring an independent audit of the Energy Community and provide all the necessary information.
Energy community Secretariat is actively working on the analysis of legal base of activity of the regulator, the state of the actual functioning of the national Commission, as well as evaluates the key decisions of the Commission, which will enable to develop the energy sector in accordance with international obligations of Ukraine.
We will remind, on July 11, the national Commission, carrying out state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, appealed to the Energy community, with a proposal to conduct an independent audit of NKREKP.
