The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the establishment of a National procurement Agency that will carry out the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical products at the national and local level.
The decision about the acceptance of the concept of reform of the mechanisms of public procurement of medicines in which an Agency would be established, it was decided at the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

“The customer is us – this will allow you to save money, human resources and time,” said acting Minister of health Ulyana Suprun.
The end of the month the Ukrainian Ministry of health must develop and submit for approval the plan of measures on implementation of this concept, which will created the purchasing Agency.
We will remind, according to Ministry of health, international organizations have saved up to 40% of the drug budget.
