“The wide distribution of electronic services promotes the provision of Ukrainians reliable means of electronic identification. While in Ukraine, this tool is an electronic digital signature (EDS). Therefore I would advise all Ukrainians who do not yet have a digital signature, you can arrange it. Since autumn will start issuing internal passports as ID-cards immediately with the electronic digital signature (EDS) and the end of the year Ukraine will have a Mobile ID (a digital signature on the SIM card),” – said Groisman.
