U.S. authorities do not exclude that in the future can be taken the decision to supply Ukraine with defensive weapons, said Thursday at a briefing state Department spokesman Heather Nauert.
“We did not deliver weapons (to Ukraine – ed.)”, – she told reporters.
“However, such an option exists,” said Neuert.
In late July, the newspaper “wall street journal” reported citing us officials that the US state Department and the Pentagon developed a plan for the delivery of defensive weapons to Ukraine.

“The Pentagon and the state Department developed a plan to supply Ukraine with anti-tank missiles and other weapons, and pending the approval of proposals from the White house,” – the newspaper notes.
