Savchenko at the invitation of the MEP will visit the Czech Republic

MP Nadiya Savchenko will be sent to the Czech Republic to meet with local politicians and representatives of non-governmental organizations. This was stated by the MEP from the Czech Republic Pavel Svoboda, reports Radio Liberty.

He recalled how starved with their other colleagues in support of the release Savchenko from Russian captivity.

“I know that many people in the Czech Republic have come forward to support her. I also participated in the fasting protest for the release of Savchenko together with my colleagues from the European Parliament, where, in fact, I met Hope,” – said the MEP.

According to him, Savchenko, expressed the wish to become better acquainted with Prague, where she had previously spent several unplanned hours when flying to Brussels and to meet with a number of politicians and other non-governmental persons to talk with members of the Czech Parliament.

He noted that Savchenko will arrive in the Czech Republic on Wednesday, 11 January and will stay there for three days.
