The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is finalizing the last two days and going on vacation. Officially closed the sixth session of the deputies will be tomorrow, July 14. Parliamentarians in accordance with the approved calendar plan, the seventh session will start from 5 September 2017. The website “Today” found out what MPs will be busy the day before leaving on vacation.
On July 13, the agenda of parliamentarians published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada, means a lot of bills. Today deputies will consider the second reading the draft law “On the constitutional court of Ukraine“. June 22 this legislation was adopted in the first reading, but the deputies were presented with a table of amendments to it. Also in the first reading will consider the draft law on introducing amendments to the Budget code of Ukraine concerning ensuring activities of the CCU.
In the second reading the deputies also have to consider the draft law on amending the commercial and Civil procedural codes and Code of administrative procedure.
In addition, the deputies will consider the second reading of the draft law on the state financial guarantees for providing medical services and medicines. Also waiting for the second reading the draft law on education.

Another important draft law that parliamentarians must consider in the second reading the draft law on the fundamentals of cyber security of Ukraine.
Moreover, the agenda is the second reading of the bill on amendments to the Budget-2017and the draft resolution on main directions of the budget policy for 2018-202 years. In the first reading several draft laws on amendments to some legislative acts concerning increase of pensions. Second, several bills providing for changes in the Tax, Customs and Budget codes regarding state support of cinematography in Ukraine.
Another Happy task today is to examine the performance of the GPU on providing permission to the prosecution, detention and arrest of the MP from the faction “Opposition bloc” Mikhail Dobkin. Besides, today deputies have nto ethnicity representative of the Verkhovna Rada on the Committee that will audit the effectiveness of National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and to consider the draft law on the Disciplinary Statute of the National police of Ukraine.

The agenda of July 14, don’t look so busy. On Friday in Parliament will be held an Hour of questions to the government. In addition, at the moment on the website of the Parliament are the two legislative act for consideration by the deputies on amendments to the law “On higher education” and to some laws of Ukraine regarding protection of the investment and guarantee activities of limited liability companies.

We will remind that the Verkhovna Rada has decided on the plan of work for the next session. So, according to the resolution “On calendar plan of the seventh session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation,” plenary autumn will begin for members from 5 September 2017 and will last until 2 February 2018.
At the time of the seventh session of the Verkhovna Rada plenary allotted 10 weeks for working in committees, commissions, factions and groups – for seven weeks, for deputies with voters five weeks. It also provides for ten Hours of questions to the government.
